Lyndi Harrip, Registered Psychologist
Lyndi is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science at the University of South Australia, a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) Honours at Bond University and a Postgraduate Diploma of Professional Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland.
Lyndi has experience working with clients in individual and group settings, with various presentations, including stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol problems, low self-esteem and workplace issues.
Personalised to the client, her empathetic and eclectic approach to treatment may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Assertive Communication, Problem Solving, Solution Focussed Therapy, Relaxation techniques and Mindfulness based therapy.
