Amanda Lee, Clinical Psychologist
Mandy is a Clinical Psychology Registrar and has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), with Honours and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Queensland University of Technology.
Mandy has experience delivering mental health services to individuals and groups across a number of settings including public healthcare, community and private practice. She takes an integrated approach to therapy based on an individual’s goals and needs, drawing from a range of evidenced based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Mandy has worked with adolescents, adults and older adults on a range of areas including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, Asperger’s/Autism, alcohol and drug use, and living with a disability. Mandy is a compassionate and non-judgemental clinician who works collaboratively with clients in achieving their goals, breaking down barriers and living their best life. She understands that seeking help can be a challenging process and aims to provide a supportive and relaxed environment.
