Group workshops


The following workshops are 10 to 12 sessions in total and run on weekly basis. If you are unsure which workshop suits you the most, we can assess your needs before recommending a workshop to you.

If you have a mental health care plan or Brisbane Mind referral, you may be eligible for funding to attend these groups. Please contact our office for further information.

Beat the Blue

In this workshop, you will be learning the aetiology of depression, the physiological and psychological components of Depression. You will also be learning how to cope with Depression and start having better quality of life by using the frame work of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Combat Anxiety

In this workshop, you will have better understanding about different types of anxiety, and learning ways to overcome it using Cognitive Behavioural Approach.

Dialectic Behavioural Therapy Group for Borderline Personality Disorder

This workshop is tailored for people who suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder. We will be using Dialectic Behavioural Therapy to learn how to better identify your mood and regulate it accordingly.

Positive Parenting Program (Triple P)

We run Triple P for parents with teenagers (teens) and parents with disabled children (stepping stone).

Circle of Security

This group is run by child & youth specialist psychologists with accreditated qualification.  It is an relationship based early intervention program aims at enhancing the attachment security between parents and children. 

Self compassion for traumatised mind

This group is run by one of our clinical psychologists, tailored for people who experienced single trauma or complex trauma currently and/or in the past. This group has been well received by our clients.
